Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ersASO (ersaso.com, app.ersaso.com), operated by Sanal Apps, Türkiye. By creating an account you agree to them. Plain language on purpose.

What the service is

ersASO measures how apps appear in Google Play: keyword discovery, nightly rank tracking, competitor comparison and listing audits, all from publicly visible store data. It never writes to Google Play and never accesses your Play Console.

Estimates, not guarantees

Google Play publishes no search volume. Popularity and difficulty scores are estimates derived from public signals and are labelled as such. They can be wrong, and ranking positions can differ from what a given user sees. You decide what to do with your listing; we make no promise about installs, rankings or revenue.

Your account

• You must give a working e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
• A Free account opens once its e-mail address is confirmed; during a wave of automated sign-ups new accounts may be reviewed by hand first, and paid plans are set up by hand. We may decline or close accounts that look automated, abusive, or unrelated to app publishing.
• Each plan has limits (apps, tracked keywords, competitors per app, seats). They are enforced when you add something; we never remove what you already track because a plan changed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, scrape or overload Google Play or ersASO, to probe other customers' data, or to break any law. Automated access to the panel is not allowed; the free tools are rate-limited per address.

Your data and content

Your tracked apps, keywords and competitors remain yours. We use them only to provide the service and never publish them. Aggregated keyword scores derived from public store signals are not tied to any customer. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI features

AI suggestions are produced by a provider you choose with a key you supply, under that provider's terms. Suggested text is a draft; review it before using it, and make sure it follows Google Play policies. We do not store the suggestions.

Pricing

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are indicative during early access, switched on by e-mail, billed in USD excluding VAT, and can be cancelled at any time; a cancelled plan runs until the end of the period paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by e-mail.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" during early access. We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it; nightly measurements may be delayed or skipped when Google Play limits our requests. We may change or remove features and will announce material changes in the release notes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost installs, revenue or rankings.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account or your whole workspace from the panel at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Contact: info@ersaso.com.
